big pine boogie - gibson bros. were a tight garage punk band with rockabilly revivalist tendencies, and big pine boogie is some of their earlier stuff. the whole album is great, but it peaks in the middle with 'thy burdens are greater than mine' through 'skull and crossbones.' they later collaborated with jon spencer on other material.
